The FXDR™ 114’s air intake system is shaped to boost airflow to the engine, inspired by Harley’s Screamin’ Eagle® NHRA drag bikes. The Screamin’ Eagle® Heavy Breather is reinterpreted here with a forward-facing, exposed filter element. The FXDR™ continues Harley-Davidson’s long tradition of continual design improvement.
To ensure that the FXDR™ 114’s front wheel engages with the pavement, this bike has an inverted racing-style fork with single-cartridge technology. Monoshock rear suspension with a single coil-over-shock is included on this bike. You’ll get vastly better travel and response time courtesy of the optimized angle between the swingarm and frame. The FXDR™ 114’s suspension is as good as it gets, giving the rider seamless handling unlike any of its predecessors.
