Big thanks to Dan@ service. I am on a road trip from Washington state, came in to get my bike washed. Dan noted that my rear breaks were worn bad he got my bike right in for a rear brake job. Dan saved me from problems on my return trip.

Thank you to the entire staff of Biggs for hosting this educational and fun event. Paul was so helpful, informative and supportive in teaching us the correct way to pick up a fallen bike (again and again). For the ladies that missed this, Melissa coordinated various stations with “Biggs Representatives” for demo rides, picking up a fallen bike, learning about the different bike models and maintenance, photo op, massage, 20% merchandise discount, great music and food! Quality HD prizes were given out and we left with a gift bag filled with goodies. My friends and I had a great time and we appreciated the extra effort from Biggs.

Yesterday I was able to pick up my 2005 Dyna Superglide Custom motorcycle from being serviced by your department. I had the opportunity to speak with Tom when I was setting up my appointment, and also dealt with Dan when I arrived and we were writing up the service order for my motorcycle. The employees behind the counter made me feel welcomed as soon as walked in the door. They were nothing short of Professional as they dealt with me and took the time to advise me as to the best choices and services to perform on my motorcycle. I was never pressured or rushed and they treated me as if I had been coming there for years. I was extremely pleased with the experience. I was even able to meet and talk to Don, the technician that was going to be assigned to my motorcycle. Don was very friendly and assured me that he would give my motorcycle the necessary care and service it required. I was a little reticent at first about putting on the high flow air filter, but your staff explained to me the benefits of the upgrade. Their knowledge of my motorcycle and your products was so impressive that I went ahead and told them to go ahead and add that to my 10,000 mile service. When I arrived to pick up my motorcycle, I was again greeted with smiles like I was an old friend. My original air flow parts were waiting for me as promised, and the amount that I was told was the same amount I was told on the telephone with no surprises. I was told that the technician (Don) had already left for the day which I thought was unfortunate as I wished to talk with him to ask how things went and what had to be adjusted. But when I went out to my motorcycle, he must have seen me walking over to it and instead of leaving to go home; he came over to me to talk about my motorcycle. We talked for a good while, the whole time the man was on his own time and could have gone home, but instead stayed and talked with me about all that was done for my motorcycle! He did not leave until all of my questions were answered. I was really quite impressed with the dedication and good customer service attitude that was displayed by your Staff. All three of these individuals are valuable assets to your organization. Please convey to them for me my thanks for making this experience an extremely pleasant one indeed. The service and adjustments made to my motorcycle are beyond words. My motorcycle was far more responsive and it was blatantly obvious that Don has superior motorcycle knowledge, and I would consider him a Master motorcycle technician. Everything he told me he would do and how my motorcycle would respond was spot on and right on the money. You are very lucky to have these individuals with the wherewithal to handle customers as they do. Not only will I only bring my motorcycle to your service center for scheduled maintenance, but I would not hesitate to recommend you and these individuals to others. Please tell your staff to keep up the good work.

I enjoyed reading the customer comments on your web site and wanted to share that purchasing my second motorcycle but first Harley from Biggs was a fun and positive experience. What sold me was the test ride, a rental day, the personal service and the people of Biggs. In the past I didn't think that a Sportster was a comfortable ride, but the test ride changed my mind. I LOVE my bike. Biggs is my dealer of choice and I look forward to spending many years there and spreading the word.

I just wanted to take a moment to say �Thank you� for your help in getting me into my first Harley Davidson. As you were already aware my experiences with trying to purchase a new bike was anything but pleasurable. I was simply stunned, that even in poor economic times, that most of the Harley Dealerships I dealt with took the attitude that I should be thankful that they existed for me.
To be honest, I almost gave up on getting a Harley and was going to get another Sport Bike until I was introduced to your dealership.
John and Chris make an excellent team and I really appreciated that there was no competitive driveamongst the salesmen. Your showroom was most impressive and your staff was extremely courteous.
I was extremely comfortable knowing that I was purchasing a Harley from someone that had extensive knowledge and simply stated a passion for motorcycles. It is difficult to relate to someone that can only recite a booklet.
To be treated like a return customer that has purchased 10 bikes even though I was only purchasing an $8000.00 bike will not go unappreciated. I returned to Biggs Harley Davidson to buy my second Harley Davidson motorcycle, largely due to the great customer service an employee attitudes I experienced buying my first Harley a little over three years ago.
I must admit, the free demonstration ride sold me on the Ultra Classic. I would not have bought if it were not for that promotion. However, the real story began after I decided to purchase the bike.
Through the purchase and delivery process there were several issues that arose concerning the final price, fit and finish and the installation of after-market pipes. The specifics are not important. What is important is that every person that dealt with me did so with integrity, professionalism and respect.

As we were vacationing from Michigan our Harley broke down. We are grateful for your H.O.G member Dave, who escorted us to your dealership. Introduced us to the service manager and mechanics personally. Made sure we were well accommodated. The service department helped with hotel reservations and transportation to and from hotel.
